Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia. No minimum spend required.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Carrier
We ship via Australia Post and/or other trusted Australian carriers. Tracking information will be provided for all orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order directly through the carrier's website or by contacting us at adam@plumblinesolutions.com.au
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. PurePlumb is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will reship the order at the customer's expense.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at adam@plumblinesolutions.com.au within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
Subscription Orders
If you have an active replacement cartridge subscription, your refill cartridges will be shipped automatically according to your selected frequency. The same shipping timeframes and free shipping apply to all subscription orders. You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account.
